The processing of orders is carried out primarily in the context of commercial temporary employment. Contime grants its customers and employees absolute legal certainty even after the reform of the Law on Temporary Employment (AÜG) on 01.01.2004 and the accompanying introduction of collective agreements. As a member of the employers' association Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen e. V. (iGZ), the necessary integration of the collective agreement between iGZ and DGB took place at the beginning of 2004.
Since November 1, 2012, the newly agreed collective agreement on industry surcharges for employee leasing in the metal and electrical industry of iGZ and IG Metall also applies. Employees receive an industry surcharge of up to a maximum of 90% of the equivalent salary of a customer employee in a maximum of 5 levels for the duration of their respective assignment as part of temporary employment in a metal and electrical industry.
The renewed reform of the AÜG on 01.04.2017 will be applied after the fulfillment of the agreed deadlines for the first time since 01.01.2018. Employees with a leave period of 9 months or 15 months as part of sectoral supplements receive the so-called "Equal Pay", which leads to full equality in all salary components of the comparable customer employee.
Also newly regulated was the maximum leasing period, which, contrary to the simplification of the transfer processes required per se, now permits a maximum of 18 months or, in the case of existing works agreements, a maximum of 48 months leasing to the same rental company.
Compliance with the provisions enshrined in the AÜG requires the active participation of our customers in the run-up to the employee leasing agreements to be concluded. Checklists and questionnaires for determining the required salary components can be found in the download area.
